Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic had enforced social distancing, causing people to stay at home to decrease the risk of becoming infected. There have been reports of increased snacking and dietary changes as people have more leisure time and face boredom. COVID-19 may or may not influence eating habits and lifestyles among the general population. An anonymous online survey was used to obtain an overview of socio-demographic characteristics, anthropometric measurements, diet patterns, and snacking patterns. Physical activity and sleeping patterns were also analyzed. The study includes 100 participants. Conclusions will be drawn based on the results.
